That "something"might be a desire to change yourself physically, whether it's your weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, waist size, dress size, strength, performance, you name it...you WANT "something" to change.

That "someone" might be a spouse, friend, neighbor, family member, or even your own self, but that someone cared enough about you to know that you NEED change.
